スワガー 恵理 Eri Swager
Swager & Co. 株式会社(SAC Coaching運営)代表取締役。システムエンジニアとしてキャリアをスタートし、渡米後デンバー大学にてテクノロジーマネジメントの修士号を取得。その後起業し、自身のITコンサルティング会社を10年間経営。帰国後はコカ・コーラ、デロイト、IBMにてデータ分析プロジェクトや戦略コンサルティングに従事し、IBMでは執行役員を務めた。現在は自社経営と並行して、グローバル企業の日本法人代表取締役社長も務める。長年の海外生活で培った国際感覚、現役経営者としての視点、戦略コンサルタントとしてのスキルをコーチングに活かしている。 Founder and CEO of Swager & Co. Eri began her career as a systems engineer before moving to the United States, where she earned a Master's degree in Technology Management from the University of Denver, then founded and ran her own IT consulting firm for ten years. After returning to Japan, she held senior roles at Coca-Cola, Deloitte, and IBM — serving as a Corporate Officer and working across data analytics projects and strategic consulting. She currently leads her own firm alongside a concurrent role as President & Representative Director of a global company's Japan subsidiary. The international perspective built over years abroad, combined with her experience as an active CEO and strategic consultant, feeds directly into her coaching practice.
アメリカ生活早期から、周囲の経営者たちに個人的な相談を受けるようになり、"Lonely at the top" （頂点に立つ者の孤独） という言葉を身をもって体験した。このようにde facto※コーチになってからは、かれこれ25年が経つ。トップに立つ孤独、海外で一人奮闘する孤独、誰にも言えず挑戦し続ける孤独——そうした場所にいる方の気持ちを、深いところで理解している。30カ国以上、多様なバックグラウンドを持つ方々と接してきた経験が、あらゆる立場・文化・状況のクライアントとの対話に活きている。 Early in her years in America, Eri became a trusted confidant to fellow entrepreneurs and executives around her — living firsthand what "Lonely at the top" truly means. By that measure, she has been a de facto coach for the better part of 25 years. The loneliness of being at the top, the isolation of striving alone abroad, the silence of pursuing a challenge no one around you understands — these are places Eri knows deeply. 過去にはNASM認定パーソナルトレーナー資格を取得。フルマラソン2回・ハーフマラソン4回完走、ハーフアイアンマン・トライアスロン(スイム1.9km・バイク90km・ラン21.1km)も経験。現在はMMAのトレーニングを継続中。アスリートが何を求め、何を感じているかを、自らの体験として知っている。

A certified NASM Personal Trainer, Eri has completed two full marathons, four half marathons, and a Half Ironman triathlon (1.9km swim / 90km bike / 21.1km run). She is currently training in MMA. She knows firsthand what athletes seek — and what they feel.
